Welcome to my Practice
As a licensed and nationally certified professional counselor, I’ve helped hundreds of clients overcome challenges, achieve their goals and experience life more fully. My private practices in Pennsylvania and Washington DC offer a safe place for people to process thoughts and feelings, change behaviors, and learn new skills and habits. I specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, transitions, and depression.
Using scientifically proven treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy, I provide objective feedback, insight and guidance that help clients deal with problems and develop healthier, more effective habits. I also teach and practice new skills with them to they can better deal with future life challenges and opportunities that arise.
Through our work together, clients develop self-awareness and understanding of their thoughts, feelings, & behaviors. They acquire tools to process emotions, work through problems, and be successful. And they discover goals and visions for themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
